Pumpkin stuffed with meat, vegetables and rice

Ingredients: Pumpkin, pork, Ginger, garlic, potatoes, onions, carrots 1 pc, bell pepper, rice, salt, black pepper and turmeric

Cooking method:

My pumpkin, I cut off the "lid" - the top of the pumpkin. I clean out the seeds. I peel vegetables, potatoes, peppers, cut carrots into strips, finely onions, garlic and ginger (for lovers) into slices. Meat (pork, chicken or turkey fillet) - straws about 1 cm by 3 cm, mix with vegetables, salt, pepper.

Boil rice until half cooked in salted water, mix with turmeric. Cool slightly, mix with vegetables and stuff pumpkin. (Sometimes I make this dish without rice, only with vegetables) If I take poultry fillet, I shift it with pieces of butter or 2-3 tablespoons of homemade sour cream. I close it with a "lid", wrap it in foil and send it to the oven.

I bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour 30 minutes. Pumpkin is saturated with juices of meat and vegetables. I cut it into 4 parts, serve in portions. It's very tasty, try it!
