Ingredients: plain yoghurt, tangerines, gelatin, sugar (honey or sweetener to taste), vanilla extract (vanilla sugar can be used)
Cooking method:
Cooking ingredients. Yogurt should be at room temperature. More sugar can be added if desired.
In a bowl (I have a glass for a blender) mix yogurt, sugar (or honey, or sweetener), vanilla extract (vanilla sugar).
Peel the tangerines.
Dissolve the gelatin as indicated on the package. I filled it with hot water (70 °). Stirred. Then, 2 times with impulses of 10 seconds, I heated the gelatin in the microwave until it was completely dissolved.
Pour the yoghurt mixture into the heated gelatin. Stir (you can use a hand blender).
We put tangerines in small glasses or silicone molds. Fill the tangerines with a yoghurt-gelatin mixture. Put dessert in the refrigerator for 4 hours (you can overnight).
To remove the dessert from the mold, immerse it in hot water for 20 seconds. You can gently run a knife along the edge of the dessert so that it separates from the walls of the form.
