Cooking method:

We lay out the apples without reaching the edges of 4 cm, sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. We spread the pieces of butter on the apples. We clamp the edges of the dough, creating sides, we crush them on apples. We send the future biscuit to bake for 40-50 minutes. Take out the pastry and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
