- salted red fish
- cream cheese (like Philadelphia)
- lemon
- Dill
Step by step recipe
1. Brush each cracker with cream cheese. For this appetizer, I used a salted cracker. Cream cheese can be replaced with processed Yantar cheese.
2. Cut the red fish into slices. I also cut each piece lengthwise into two parts to make a strip.
3. We fold the fish in half and put it on the cheese with a cracker. You can also cut the fish into thicker pieces and put a square of fish on each cracker.
4. Cut one lemon lengthwise into 4 pieces. Cut a quarter of a lemon into thin slices.
Put quarters of chopped lemon on the fish.
