Not only tasty, but also healthy. The biscuits taste good and have a great aroma. Moderately sweet, rich and fluffy.
Ingredients: cottage cheese, ripe banana, oatmeal, vegetable oil, incomplete baking powder, brown sugar for sprinkling, sesame seeds, dried apricots
Cooking method:
Grind the oatmeal into flour, using a coffee grinder.
Wash dried apricots, blot water and chop finely.
Thoroughly knead the banana with a fork or crush. Add cottage cheese. (Curd without grains and not wet.) Now knead the banana along with the curd.
Add finely chopped dried apricots, vegetable oil and oatmeal with baking powder to the resulting mass. Mix thoroughly and leave for 5 minutes to swell the oatmeal. (After five minutes, the dough will no longer be sticky.)
From the dough we form small balls, the size of a walnut. Pour sesame seeds and granulated sugar into the plates separately.
Squeeze the dough balls a little so that there are flat cookies. Dip each cookie on one side in sugar, and dip the sides in sesame seeds.
Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
We bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
