An excellent recipe for homemade tea for every day. Delicious crumbly bagels on curd dough stuffed with condensed milk and salted peanuts. This is a bombastic combination!
These bagels will appeal to everyone at home. They are suitable for morning coffee or tea, and for a snack with milk for children.
They are prepared quite simply from very affordable products. To save time, the dough can be prepared in the evening. If you have a large family, then I recommend preparing a double portion at once.
Everyone will like such fragrant pastries with peanuts for tea! Make sure to try these peanut bagels, it's simple and delicious.

Ingredients:

Dough:

  • flour - 220 g
  • cottage cheese - 200 g
  • butter - 180 g

Filling:

  • boiled condensed milk - 250 g
  • roasted salted peanuts - 100 g
  • icing sugar - 30 g

Step by step recipe

1. First, let's prepare the dough.
Put 180 g of soft butter and 200 g of cottage cheese in a bowl. Mix everything with a spoon until smooth. Cottage cheese can be used with any fat content.

2. Pour about 220 g of flour into this mass. Mix everything first with a spoon, and then with your hands. Do not add all the flour at once. Add in portions and look at the consistency of the dough. The dough should be soft, plastic and keep its shape well.

3. Wrap the finished dough in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. You can also leave the dough in the refrigerator overnight.

4. You will need peanuts for the filling. Pour 100g of roasted salted peanuts into the chopper. Grind a little, but not into flour, but so that large enough pieces remain.

5. The dough has already cooled down, divide it into 3 approximately equal parts.
Roll each part into a circle about 3 mm thick.

6. Lubricate the rolled dough with a thin layer of boiled condensed milk. In order for the condensed milk to spread better, you need to warm it up a little in the microwave and stir it. In total, you will need 250 g of boiled condensed milk.
We divide the resulting circle with a knife first into four parts, and then each quarter into three more. There should be 12 triangles.

7. Sprinkle each piece on top with chopped peanuts.
We twist the bagels.

8. Transfer the rolls to a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. We put everything in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 25-30 minutes.

9. We take out the finished bagels from the oven and leave to cool. Sprinkle the cooled bagels with powdered sugar and serve.

The bagels turned out to be very tasty, fragrant and beautiful. They are prepared easily and quickly enough. If you have a large family, then cook a double portion at once. This is delicious.
