Simple and delicious dinner. I cooked it once and "fell in love", because I am a lover of cabbage)) The recipe is simple, but we all like the result.

HOW TO COOK:

You can take any meat. But it turns out tastier and faster with chicken. Today I will cook with chicken fillet.

Cut into pieces and add spices. You can take spices to your liking. I have chicken seasoning ready. Here - a spoonful of soy sauce (or you can just salt it). I stir it and set it aside for half an hour.

Fry the onion in a small amount of vegetable oil, then the garlic. It usually takes me 2-3 minutes. I put sauerkraut in the pan. How I cook such cabbage, I showed recently HERE.

I put carrots and bell peppers grated on a coarse grater here. If there is no fresh pepper, you can take frozen one.

I mix all the ingredients and simmer for about 6-7 minutes.

Fry the chicken pieces in another skillet over high heat. On each side for 2-3 minutes. I fry until golden brown. This is how appetizing it turns out:

I spread the prepared vegetables on top. If necessary, add a little water or broth, cover it with a lid without stirring and simmer until the chicken is ready. It usually takes me 20-25 minutes.

And that's it! A quick and delicious dinner is ready. If you love cabbage, you will definitely appreciate this dish! But it will also appeal to those who love chicken dishes.
