In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.

Third day, as I hold no more than 1,300 calories, leaves even less, and clearly in control BZHU.

I've decided to cheat and spy on your weight every day. And, you know, and the weight is a little bit out every day. Here I do not know why, because I'm on vacation is not always higher than in 1300. It was during this month chitmila 4-5 days, and always 1300-1400, and it is for me too deficiency.

But if the previous weight hovered around 82, now I began to slowly decline. What is the reason - I do not understand. Tolley is water still goes back and forth.

And the third day, I drink boiled water and not filtered as before. And saw several positive moments.

While I will not reveal what those moments, even for a watch and then summarize all the positive and negative sides.

Let's get to the menu for today.

My breakfast - fried eggs is eggs from two eggs and buckwheat bread (10 g) with homemade squash caviar (40 g). Vitamins, omega -3, green tea, and can sit for a job. Breakfast came on 265 kcal.

Breakfast again, I myself did not especially high-calorie, because I was waiting for a delicious chocolate cake.

Remember yesterday I was told that I wanted to experiment and cook something chocolate, such as brownies? So brownie I have not poluchilsya😂 and turned out amazing chocolate cake. Here she did not expect. When really try, such as the cake turned out, this time with me, will never be (later to share the recipe).

During the work I have a snack muffin (90 g) with green tea - it is naslazhdenie..mmm... And yet it turned pale flesh moist and lush at the same... with a hint of brownie 👌.

Snack 165 kcal.

And the whole day measured out myself 30 g peanuts, right fats - 165 kcal.

By lunchtime closer distracted from work to cook soup. Oh what delicious to learn, fragrant. So they ate, and still wanted a plate navernut😂 very tasty out.

Thus, lunch - a conductive plate (450 g) with sour cream and 25 g of wholemeal bread.

Happened 255 kcal.

Today, the whole day working, cooking, little economic affairs and no special physical activity. To be honest - it just lazy, just a little walking tour and all.

A dinner warmed buckwheat 100 g and 200 g of chicken breast in a creamy sauce, which is prepared yesterday.

The result was a delicious dinner for 365 kcal.

As a result of the day came to 1215 kcal.

B - 95, M - 53, U - 80.

Pugh water as said switched to boiling, and green tea. No more drinks in my diet no.
