There is a secret in the recipe, so you get the best homemade noodles! Very tasty, and most importantly, that it does not boil over. With her, chicken soup will turn out what you need! Be sure to write down the recipe, it will come in handy!

Chicken noodle soup is a favorite dish in many families, including ours. The most important thing in this soup is the noodles. Store vermicelli or noodles are usually boiled, and after a few hours they become completely limp so that the soup is no longer so appetizing.

Therefore, it is better to make noodles yourself. I'll tell you how I do it.

Preparation:

For the test, we need two eggs. We break it into a bowl, then add water - two halves of the shell (that is, the ratio is this: for one egg - one half of the shell of water, we measure it this way, not with spoons, not ml!)

Stir until smooth with a whisk and add flour. The dough should turn out to be very steep, it takes me 1.5-2 cups of flour, depending on the size of the eggs. You don't need to salt the dough! For color, you can add a little bit of turmeric.

Divide the resulting dough into 4-5 equal parts, roll out thinly. And now the secret, thanks to which the noodles will not boil over. The resulting tortillas need to be lightly fried in a dry frying pan. We fry for literally 3-5 seconds.

Thanks to this trick, firstly, it is very convenient to cut the dough, and secondly, it seems to "grab", and then it keeps its shape well in the broth, does not sour.

Cut the dough very thinly, and you can immediately add the noodles to the chicken broth.

By the way, there are quite a lot of noodles. I divide it into two parts, I use one at once, and the second can be put in the freezer.
