One of the low-fat cheese are as follows:

- pickled cheeses (Adygei, cheese, mozzarella, suluguni, feta, vats): kcal - 210-310, proteins - 18-25, fats - 18-25,
- curd cheeses: kcal - 200-250, proteins - 6-10, fats - 18-25,
- processed cheese: kcal - 230-290, proteins - 9-18, fats - 19-25, carbohydrates - 3-10.

Further already there are cheeses and semi-hard and soft cheese.

cheese semisolid contain: calories - 320-350, proteins - 23-28, fats - 25-30.

hard cheeses: Kcal - 360-400, 25-33 proteins, fat - 28-35.

soft cheeses (Brie, Camembert, Roquefort, Dor Blue) contains: calories - 350-400, proteins - 25-25, fats 28-35.
