2 cups milk
1 glass of hot water
1.5 cups plain wheat flour (not pancake)

0.5 tsp l. soda
How to cook:
1. Heat the milk until warm. Boil water and cool. You need hot water, but not boiling water.
2. Beat eggs with sugar and salt.
3. Pour vegetable oil and warm milk into the eggs.
4. Begin to pour the sifted flour into the milk mixture in handfuls and beat the dough with a whisk.
5. At first it will be thick - it should be.
6. Dissolve soda in a glass of hot water, stir quickly and also quickly pour into the dough, kneading it already.
7. Immediately start baking pancakes as usual. You can bake very thin on one side or slightly thicker on both sides.
And now the fillings.
With meat and mushrooms
Fry separately chopped fresh mushrooms (champignons, oyster mushrooms) with onions in vegetable oil.
You also need to fry chicken or other minced meat in another dish.
Combine, salt, pepper, add 1 tsp. l. flour for 0.5 kg of minced meat. For greater juiciness and convenience, the filling can be chopped with a blender.
With potatoes and cheese
Well, everything is very simple here. Mashed potatoes + onions fried in oil + grated cheese + seasonings and herbs to taste.
Instead of cheese, grated sausage, sausages, boiled meat, canned mushrooms, and canned fish in oil are suitable.
With chicken liver and carrots
An interesting combination. Fry the liver separately. You can then grind in a meat grinder or make mashed potatoes in a blender.
Saute the onion and carrots with strips of butter in a separate frying pan. Combine with the liver, add a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise and simmer everything in a pan until thickened. Salt and pepper to taste.
