If you have a lot of apples, then cook them in batter according to my recipe. I am sure you will really like it, because it is insanely tasty, simple and something new. It takes no more than 20 minutes for everything.

Ingredients:

Apples
Eggs
Sour cream
Sugar
Milk
Flour
Vegetable oil
Salt
* Powdered sugar, cinnamon - optional

Preparation:

Peel three medium apples, remove the core and cut into rings about 1 cm thick. Well, or you can cut it into slices - whatever you want.

Now let's prepare the batter. We take 3 eggs and divide them into whites and yolks. First, take the yolks and grind them with 2 tablespoons of sugar (with a slide). Add 4 tablespoons of sour cream, 150 ml of milk and 150-170 grams of flour. Add flour gradually, stir until smooth.

Beat the whites with a pinch of salt into a fluffy foam and gently add to the dough.

We take apples, dip in batter and fry in a pan. Pour a lot of oil, fry on both sides until golden brown over moderate heat, then put it on paper towels.

Sprinkle the finished rings with powdered sugar and you can try. Very tasty!

Note: If desired, you can add a little cinnamon to the batter or to the apples themselves, if you like it. And in a similar way, you can cook pears or bananas - it also turns out delicious.
