So simple and so delicious! A budget, inexpensive dish made from chicken hearts, and so delicious! As soon as I see chicken hearts in the store, I always take 2-3 packs of them at once. Yesterday I also bought it, and today I cook in sour cream for lunch. I share my recipe.

Preparation:

We need 500 grams of chicken hearts. You can cook them whole, or you can cut them in half, there is not much difference. We wash the hearts, fill them with water and put them on fire. After boiling, cook for 3-5 minutes and discard in a colander.

I explain why to cook: so that all the "dregs" would go away, and then I noticed that if you first cook a little like this, the taste is better, and the hearts themselves are softer.

Fry one onion in a frying pan, then add hearts. Salt, pepper, spices - to taste. Simmer for 15 minutes.

Then mix 3-4 tablespoons of sour cream, 2 tablespoons of milk, half a teaspoon of starch in a bowl. Mix and add to the hearts. You can add more greens. If the sauce is thick, add a little water.

As soon as the sauce boils, simmer everything together for 1-2 minutes and remove from the stove. It is not necessary to stew sour cream for a long time, otherwise it will all disperse and the sauce will turn out to be heterogeneous.

That's all. Chicken hearts in sour cream are ready, the taste is delicate, creamy. Serve with any side dish, vegetable salad is also perfect. Very tasty! Recommend!
