Not so long ago, having visited our friends, we tried a new salad for ourselves. It looks very simple and unremarkable, but in fact it turned out to be very tasty, the hand itself just stretches to put additives.
This salad is flaky and it is better to collect it in a culinary ring or use a ring from a baking dish. You need to boil one large carrot and eggs in advance.
First, crab sticks are laid on the bottom of the mold, you need to chop very finely or grate. I like it better when the sticks are just finely chopped. Cover the first layer with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
Eggs need to be peeled and the whites separated from the yolks. Grate egg whites on a coarse grater and put on a layer of crab sticks, you can mix them with mayonnaise.
Next, lay out a layer of finely grated boiled carrots, which can also be pre-mixed with mayonnaise.
On my own, I decided to add a little piquancy to this salad, namely, a little finely chopped green onions.
Next is grated cheese and a net of mayonnaise on top.
The final layer is finely grated egg yolks. Let the salad sit for at least an hour and serve. Top can be garnished with green onions.

- Cheese 70 grams
- Mayonnaise 3-4 tablespoons
