Airy soft donuts in just 20 minutes. Simple, fast and so delicious! When I'm short on time, I cook them all the time. With tea or coffee, they fly away in 5 minutes. And most importantly, there is no yeast in the recipe, the dough is kneaded very quickly, there is no need to wait for it to come up.
Ingredients:
Milk
Flour
Eggs
Salt
Sugar
Soda
Butter
Vegetable oil
Preparation:
In a deep bowl, mix 1.5 cups of sifted flour, half a teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of baking soda.
In another bowl, beat 1 egg, 1 glass of milk and 3 tablespoons of sugar until smooth. Pour the egg mixture into the flour.
Then melt 1.5 tablespoons of butter and add to the rest of the ingredients. Knead the dough.
I say right away: the dough will be soft and will stick to your hands. It should be so! If it sticks very strongly, then add 1-2 tablespoons of flour. We give the dough a little rest - leave it for 5-10 minutes.
When the dough lays down a little, it becomes less sticky. We roll it into a layer about 1 cm thick, cut out the rings. Like these ones:
We collect the scraps, then roll them out again and cut them out.
Fry donuts in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown. We do not regret oil, we need a lot of it, donuts are deep-fried.
During frying, they increase in volume well, so do not put a lot of donuts in the pan so that they do not come into contact with each other during cooking.
We spread it on paper napkins so that excess oil is absorbed. If you wish, sprinkle the donuts with powdered sugar and you can invite your family to a tea party.
