It seems to me that there is no person in our country who would not have tasted oatmeal cookies.
I usually don't bake it at home, as now the stores are full of options with a good composition and affordable. But this evening I suddenly felt like sweet tea, and I was too lazy to go to the store. So in half an hour I made a whole mountain of cookies.
Step-by-step recipe on how to cook oatmeal cookies according to GOST
Ingredients
Wheat flour 170 gr
Oat flour 75 gr
Sugar 120 gr
Warm water 50 ° C 90 gr
Butter at room temperature 80 gr
Seedless Black Grape Raisins 30g
Molasses 18 g (can be replaced with honey or sugar)
Vanilla sugar 10 gr
Soda ½ teaspoon
Cinnamon ⅓ teaspoon
Salt ⅓ teaspoon
First of all, I ground the oatmeal in a coffee grinder, since I did not find oatmeal at home.
I send all the ingredients to the blender, except for water, flour and soda and punch through everything until smooth. I expected that the blender would break the raisins into the porridge, but it failed, so I advise you to break the raisins into the gruel in a coffee grinder.
I add oatmeal and warm water to the bulk and punch until combined. I pour in flour and soda and mix. The dough should be firm and form a ball.
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. I pinch off small pieces of dough, roll into balls and put on a baking sheet.
When the baking sheet is completely full, press the ball with a glass to a flat cake. You can roll out the dough into a layer 0.5 cm thick and cut it out, but I like my method better.
I bake in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for about 12 minutes in the top-bottom mode, then turn on the convection mode for another 3 minutes so that the cookies brown faster. If you bake oatmeal cookies for a long time, they will become too dry, be careful.
I take the cookies out of the oven and let them cool completely. Now you can serve it to the table. Oatmeal cookies dry easily, so I keep them in an airtight bag, however, they are still not enough for a long time.
