In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.

Today we are in the morning my husband and I decided to go for mushrooms. Rain good, we have not waited, but the vacation is over and it is necessary to use the free time to the maximum. And the mushrooms we love and love to walk in the forest, this fragrance in the morning, just delicious!

Not too early to get up, all the weekdays were not the same, very few people in the forest will be, and dry forest, mushroom-hunter does not appeal. And we decided to go, at least for the soup but what -So find.

Somehow in the morning like eating more than usual, and I decided to have breakfast on the full program. And as always, my body wanted to immediately and sweet and salty. This is how so I can?

Breakfast - sandwich on whole wheat bread (25 g) with a creamy small (about 5 g) and caviar carp (20 g). And 130 g of cheese with a currant baskets. All washed down with green tea and went to the free fitness in the woods for mushrooms.

Breakfast came on 320 kcal.

Returning home, I bite to eat a sandwich on whole grain bread (about 25 grams) with butter (5 g) and pink salmon (50 g) with green tea. The result undershot on 185 kcal.

A soul is required of watermelon, a lot of watermelon. And I sent her husband for a watermelon, realizing that today do not enter in a calorie deficit and go out beyond it.

But what to do when the soul asks?) It is impossible so long (soon to have a half years) sitting on a strictly short supply. "Swing" is also useful for losing weight, especially if the weight gets up and does not want to leave. But one thing I do know, often get involved in such days is impossible. And I gave myself the installation, when finished holiday - will much stricter approach to the diet.

Today, the whole day I ate somewhere kilogram of watermelon - 250 kcal.

And 140 kcal - peanut.

A lunch was mushroom soup with potatoes (450 g) - 200 kcal.

For dinner I knew that in his 1300 kcal I have missed, although the dinner was light enough.

The protein was necessary for me KBZHU for dinner - so chicken pastrami (about 200 g) and vegetable salad (160 g), seasoned with a drop of vegetable oil. Dinner turned on 330 kcal.

Total for the day came in 1425 kcal.

What is surprising, in carbohydrate I did not even get back today. By excess fats came on in '10 And protein - a sufficient number.

And, you know, to itself not to curse, for excess, I cheated and persuaded themselves that everything is fine, because my walk in the forest today has taken away more energy than I full.

In general, my calories today - is 1900 kcal per day. And hence the deficit 1400-1500. And why I became so slowly lose weight for 1300 kcal? Can really raise the calories? But I have already raised kalorazh and led it to a plateau, and then the weight began to leave again, but slowly.

What do you advise? It is the last week of vacation. Starting next week, seriously I come to the process of losing weight.
