Ingredients: chicken fillet, tomatoes, herbs, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, ground hot pepper, mozzarella, Italian herbs
Cooking method:
Prepare everything you need.
Wash the chicken fillet and pat dry with paper towels. Brush the chicken with olive oil.
Rub the breasts with salt, hot ground pepper and Italian herbs.
Heat a frying pan over high heat, then reduce to medium, pour in the olive oil. Add chicken; cook until golden brown, 5 minutes.
Turn over and fry for another 5 minutes.
During this time, cut the mozzarella into slices. Pour over chicken and let melt.
Pierce the chicken with a toothpick. If the juice is clear, you're done! If pinkish - dry under the lid for a couple of minutes.
Garnish the breasts with sliced tomatoes and chopped herbs on top.
Drizzle the dish with a little balsamic vinegar.
