The other day I read a comment that just drove me into a stupor, to which I could not answer, or rather did not answer, because in response I only have a bunch of counter questions:

I do not want to touch or offend the author of the commentary, but I understand that he is not the only one and in the end, by the end of the day, I decided to touch on this topic in the article.

For a long time I have been sharing my experience, showing my menu as an example, talking about the calorie deficit, one might say persuading do not go on hungry diets, but slowly, calmly and at your own pleasure lose weight on a small calorie deficit, advocating a balanced nutrition.

We are still interesting people. When we eat tasty, high-calorie, a lot - we are not embarrassed that at this moment we can harm ourselves, gaining excess weight due to a surplus of calories. We are not confused by the fact that being overweight is the source of a huge number of problems.

When we sit on different diets, experimenting on our body, we are also not embarrassed by what such experiments can lead to.

And here they offer something completely different, which breaks stereotypes and immediately the word "deficit" is annoying.

Hunger and lack of essential nutrients on the diet is not annoying, but small the calorie deficit and balanced diet that I am talking about is annoying.

A calorie deficit is the only thing that triggers the weight loss process. We can't get away from this.

How to create a calorie deficit is up to you.

When you are on a strict diet, you also have a calorie deficit, but at the same time you also have a huge deficiency of nutrients and vitamins.

When you focus on sports and through physical activity, you burn energy in such an amount that you begin to lose weight, you, too, are in a calorie deficit.

If you want to lose weight, a deficit is inevitable. But only your reasonable approach to the problem will help make the process of losing weight comfortable and harmless. I am for:

- balanced nutrition according to BZHU,

- the minimum calorie deficit (no more than 15%).

For breakfast I warmed up pancakes with egg and green onions (130 g), which I cooked yesterday. It was necessary to attach boiled eggs and I wanted pies with an egg. But there is a lot of fuss with pies, and little free time. It was decided to bake pancakes and I did not regret it - quickly and tasty.

In addition to pancakes, I ate 50 g of cheese and drank coffee with milk (50 g).

Breakfast turned out to be 420 kcal.

In a reminder of recipes today, minced meat in vegetable sauce and cheese waffles:

I wanted to eat fruit for a snack, but I confess, I went about my "wishlist" and made a sandwich with fish for tea. 40 g bread, 20 g cottage cheese, 60 g smoked pink salmon and lettuce - 255 kcal.

For lunch, I warmed up my very lazy stuffed cabbage rolls (400 g) - 300 kcal. I like them very much - the taste of stuffed cabbage, and my time is spent on cooking a dish at least.

Dinner today had to be cooked in full, but I cooked it for a couple of days for sure.

I cooked potato cutlets with cheese, fry them in a little oil, and also baked a turkey breast. Beat off the breast, seasoned with spices, greased with yogurt and sprinkled with cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. Baked in the oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes. It turned out very juicy, soft and tasty.

160 g potato cutlets, 130 g baked turkey breast - 560 kcal.

200 g of cucumbers, which in the photo, I ate later in the evening - this is 30 kcal.

The result of the day is 1565 kcal. B - 110, F - 76, U - 110.
