Now to the recipe itself)) I rarely cook broccoli, because in our family no one eats broccoli, although it is a healthy and tasty product. But everyone devours this dish with pleasure. I share my recipe.
So, I have frozen broccoli. Can also be used fresh.
Heat a piece of butter in a frying pan, put broccoli (divided into parts). Fry for 1-2 minutes. Even if the broccoli is frozen, it will quickly thaw and begin to fry.
Then we break the eggs, salt, pepper to taste and mix gently. Stir until the eggs are completely cooked - this will take 1-2 minutes.
That's all)) Put it on a plate, and you can eat)) Very tasty! In addition, lightly salted red fish and toast (or just bread) can be put on the plate.
