Ingredients:

Meat
Mushrooms
Onion
Cream
Cheese
Water
Salt
Spices
Vegetable oil

Preparation:

According to this recipe, I usually cook pork. But you can take any other meat - beef, chicken or turkey. In general, choose according to your taste. Meat needs about 700 grams.

Cut the meat into slices about 1 cm thick and send to the pan. Fry for a couple of minutes in vegetable oil, then add onions, cut into half rings (2 pcs).

We cut 500 gr of mushrooms into thin plates, add to the meat. Salt and pepper to taste and fry for another 5-7 minutes.

Now pour in 300 ml of cream and 150 ml of water. As soon as it boils, put the meat and creamy mushroom sauce in a baking dish, cover with foil and put in the oven. We cook for 40-60 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.

Then we remove the foil and cook for another 30 minutes at a temperature of 175 degrees. Sprinkle with grated cheese 5-10 minutes before cooking, you will need about 50 grams.

That's all! Serve with herbs. Such meat goes well with potatoes and vegetable salads. Very tasty!
