We eat a simple tomato-cucumber salad a little differently. We enhance its beneficial properties with spices that "cleanse" the intestines and blood from intracellular bacteria and parasites.
Ingredients:
1. Cucumber - 2 pcs (refreshes, leaches, cleanses)
2. Tomato - 2-3 pcs (softens the stool)
3. Garlic - 1 clove (stimulates the liver to work)
4. Hot red pepper - on the tip of a knife
5. Mustard - on the tip of a knife (or to taste)
6. Mustard oil - 1 tablespoon
7. Horseradish root - a piece of 1x1 cm
8. Algae powder - pinch
(it is better to regulate the amount of spices yourself)
Preparation
We washed the tomatoes and cucumbers, as always cut them into smaller pieces (a cucumber tastes better if it is peeled, and the peel fiber cleans the body better). Grated horseradish and garlic on a mini-grater, sprinkled on the salad.
Added mustard, pepper, seaweed, poured with oil. Stirred and, in general, an antiparasitic salad with cucumbers and tomatoes is ready. Thus, we realized that with a simple salad ("on the sly"!) You can eat so many goodies that it is foolish to miss it.
