A fantastically simple and tasty dough that can be used in any baking. Of course, he needs 40 minutes to approach, and preferably an hour. However, in a warm place, time will fly by while the filling is being prepared.

How to stuff the pies?

What to eat at home and what you like: meat, liverwurst, fish, mashed potatoes with fried onions, rice with an egg, tomatoes with cheese, cabbage, baked eggplant, cottage cheese with herbs or raisins, apples / pears, jam, berries with sugar and etc.

Ingredients:

1.5 cups warm water
4 cups flour
1.5 tbsp. l. Sahara
1 sachet of dry yeast or 50 gr. fresh
0.5 tsp l. salt
0.5 cups vegetable oil

How to cook:

1. Dissolve a pinch of sugar and the same amount of flour in 100 ml of warm water, add a bag of dry yeast. Stir everything and leave the dough for 15 minutes.

2. Dissolve all the sugar and salt in the remains of warm water, with the addition of vegetable oil.

3. Combine the mixture with yeast and butter, gradually adding the sifted flour.

You can replace half a glass of flour with the same amount of semolina - the dough will be soft for a week.

4. Knead the dough with warm, dry hands on the table, not in a bowl. The result is a soft elastic dough that does not stick to hands and is not tight.

Important! Depending on the type and quality of flour, you can add or subtract it when kneading at your discretion.

5. Place the dough in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and heat for 40 minutes.

Everything, the dough is ready, cut into balls and start baking pies with any fillings.
