COOKING:
I pre-soak cabbage in salted water for 20 minutes (this was not in the recipe, but I always do this).
Then I disassemble into inflorescences and cut with a knife (finely).
I put it in a salad bowl. I add finely chopped dill.
Now nuts. I tried with both walnuts and cedar. Tasty both ways. But my husband liked the walnuts even more. I crush the nuts with a rolling pin. But the first time I tried this salad with pine nuts.
It remains to fill the salad. I tried dressings with yogurt and sour cream - no, not that! Mayonnaise is needed here. I cook the mayonnaise myself. At the end of the article, I will leave a link to several recipes.
I dress the salad and stir. You can serve! Delicious! I tried to add a fresh cucumber here - it refreshes)) Not bad too. And I liked the boiled chicken.
