Greetings to all dieters who looked into my blog.

Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 172 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.
As I was able to get rid of the moment57kg.

All my life - a struggle with being overweight. I tried, perhaps, all the diets that were popular. Tasted hunger strike (a week on the water, can you imagine?). Even I tried various slimming. My trip to the dietitian at all affected my health is not the best.

But, all these diets and hunger strikes, in one way or another, helped me to throw off those extra kilos. Sometimes frustrated, sometimes I threw off 5-10 kg. However, once the diet is ended, all that was to be thrown off so hard to come back, and return often more than the fold.

At one point, I realized that it is necessary to change the approach and look for something that will really help to lose weight. And I found it!

Having studied a lot of information I've come to nutrition (or almost to the PP) and to the deficiency of calories.

I realized one thing - each of us has his own rate and calories as if we did not seem that we eat a little, small portions - these portions may contain a quantity of calories, which our side only grow.

Exceeding their normal calories - we get better. Most think that they eat quite a bit, but it is worth seeing how many calories contained in the "little" - and all will become clear.

For example, you can eat a salad, a decent piece of grilled chicken and let a few potatoes, and all barely fit on the plate and get 350 kcal. And it is possible to eat a piece of pork chop and receive 500 kcal. It all depends on how to prepare the dish and how much in the end it will contain calories.

And only 15-20% of the calorie deficit from the norm, allowing to lose weight comfortably and without Reda health.

For a year and 7 months on the deficit of calories I was able to lose weight at 57 kg. On such a result, I could not have dreamed.

Often you ask me whether I'm doing the unloading days.

And just think, when the body for a long time does not get their normal content and deficit - about what else the unloading is all about? And so the body does not get what he should get, he and so stress.

I always say that I do cheat mil or Download Day to give a boost to the body, so that he knew that he would not starve.

There is such a thing as a "swing." These are nice cheat days or download and there are swings, which do not allow the body to get used to long deficit and to suspend the process of losing weight. Plus, these days a great psychological relief for us.

You agree that sometimes it is important to get out of the way, allow yourself to something delicious and forbidden, and with renewed strength to fight. At the same time, avoiding breakdowns.

I often talk about the fact that I have days download.

And now once again I want to show clearly your day download, when I do not count calories and eat whatever your heart desires, of course, within reasonable limits.

This Saturday the whole family to celebrate the birthday of her father.

In the morning I had breakfast at home with two boiled eggs, drank green tea and we went to visit her husband's parents.

At a dinner party, I did not feel no calories, and even allowed herself
herring under a fur coat with mayonnaise, which I have not eaten since May 2018.

In addition, a chicken breast, baked in the oven, and one boiled potato. Here I remained true to himself and made a choice in favor of the breast, rather than pork. And do not believe it, but the pork that I had loved, I do not want today.

During a celebratory dinner and had a few pieces of salted chum salmon, lots of fresh vegetables, a piece of bread, cheese, and not without red wine.

For dinner was another small piece of herring under a fur coat.

As you can see, I really allow myself to such days. Very often download the days I have had in the spring and summer, when the weather is great and it's time to get out on weekends to nature with kebabs.

And any unloading days!

And my results - speaks for itself -132 kg (May 2018) and 75 kg (December 2019). Stroyneem on!
