Cooking a simple, but so delicious salad of beets "Lick your fingers". Dishes are easier not to come up with - a minimum of ingredients and the same amount of effort - how can you not love such a recipe?! You can cook both from baked beets and from boiled beets. It is important to choose tasty, sweetish. We will combine it with fried onions and tomato paste.

Prepare all the ingredients: beets, tomato paste, onions, salt, pepper, sugar, vegetable oil. Choose vegetables of medium size.

Peel, wash, dry onions. After that, crumble into small cubes.

Use ready-made beets, as mentioned above, boil or bake is a matter of taste. Peel it, grate it on a fine grater.

Heat oil in a frying pan, then put all the onions. Fry until golden brown - about 3-4 minutes.
