Bagels on kefir with boiled condensed milk

Admin

I will not get tired of saying that homemade cakes were, are and will be the most delicious, most healthy. My son constantly asks to bake something delicious and I remembered how my mother and I, being a child myself, asked and we often baked all kinds of cookies. Let's cook!

Bagels on kefir with boiled condensed milk

Ingredients: egg, butter, sugar, salt, soda, flour, kefir, Boiled condensed milk

Cooking method:

All ingredients must be at room temperature. Break the egg into a deep bowl, add salt, sugar and beat with a whisk or just a fork.

Pour in the melted warm butter.

Add kefir.

Add soda, sift part of the flour through a sieve and mix thoroughly.

Sprinkle flour until the dough stops sticking to your hands. Flour is different, I needed 370 g of flour. Here is the dough.

We divide the dough into four parts, roll each into a ball.

Roll out the dough about 3 mm thick. Cut the dough into segments and put 1/2 tsp on the wide edge. l. condensed milk. We turn the rolls from the wide edge, dip each one in sugar if desired and transfer the blanks to a baking sheet.

We put cookies to bake in a preheated oven to 180 ° C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. The finished cookie just melts in your mouth. Boiled condensed milk is one of the few fillings that does not leak out of bagels. You can try with marmalade, it is also very tasty. Bon Appetit!
