Today I cook fried potatoes for a side dish, like in a cafe. I know that many of you will say that such potatoes are very harmful, and I myself know that it is harmful, but I cannot help myself, as it is very, very tasty. The potatoes according to this recipe keep their shape well, do not stick together when frying, with an appetizing and tasty crust.
For the first time I tried such potatoes in the ShashlykoFF grill bar, where they are served with meat.

Recipe:
potatoes -3-4pcs
salt to taste
vegetable oil - for frying
COOKING METHOD
It is very simple to prepare, we take the potatoes, peel them, if the potatoes are freshly harvested, you just need to wash them well. Now we will cut into thin slices, you can cut with a knife, use a special grater, or you can use a regular grater with this side.
Now we rinse the potatoes well, put them in a colander, let the water drain and now blot the excess water with a paper towel.
Now we take a stewpan, pour vegetable oil into it, heat it up to check the heating of the oil, you can first throw in 1 potato circle and wait until it is cooked. Throw a small portion of potatoes into the heated oil and fry until tender, it takes 1-2 minutes in time, focus on readiness.
We take out the potatoes on a paper towel so that the excess oil is gone, put the next portion and fry all the potatoes this way.
Salt the potatoes to taste, already fried.
This coil is great for meat.
