I love cottage cheese casseroles, which I have not cooked, which I have not added to them.

Firstly, cottage cheese is a very useful product, so that they don't talk about it. It is a source of unique protein - casein, calcium, potassium, vitamins of groups B and A.

I don’t know why I haven’t cooked a cottage cheese casserole with the addition of cocoa before, but now such a casserole will be a frequent guest in my diet.

It is very tasty, especially for chocolate lovers.

✅ For the chocolate casserole, I needed the following products:

  • cottage cheese 9% (I have loose homemade cottage cheese) - 200 g,
  • one chicken egg - 60 g,
  • cocoa - 10g.
  • 3 sachets of sweetener (1 sachet (1 g) = 5 g sugar.

✅Cooking.

My cottage cheese was not runny, even a little dry, so I did not use any flour in the preparation of the casserole.

If your curd is thin, it is best to add a tablespoon of whole grain flour.

Also, I always use a blender to mix the curd casserole products. The consistency turns out to be gorgeous, the cottage cheese is whipped a little at the same time and as a result the casserole turns out - dense, tender, with a homogeneous structure.

We put all the products in a blender: cottage cheese, egg, cocoa, sweetener or sugar (here the choice is yours, maybe someone does not use sahzam).

Beat everything and mix until smooth.

We spread the curd mass in a mold.

I use silicone molds and mats for baking. Baking does not stick to them and falls well behind, it is not necessary to grease with oil.

Put in the oven for 180 g for 30 minutes.

Focus on time on your oven - yet they all bake differently.

The casserole in the oven has risen.

It is necessary to let the casserole cool slightly, it will settle and then you can get it out of the mold.

That's all ready, you can enjoy.

It turns out to be an excellent curd dessert.
