If you think that I ate 132 kg myself and decided to lose weight, this is not so. I've been losing weight all my adult life, like many readers of my blog. Most women have similar stories of being overweight.

The vicious circle: diet, breakdown and even more weight gain.

If you managed to lose weight, not to lose weight, then a joyful return to normal nutrition after a diet immediately gives its fruits - excess weight returns.

Until we understand that nutrition should always be under control - so we will go on diets, break down and gorge on even more.

He helped me to change eating habits, taught me to control food - calorie counting.

I'll tell you about my slimming menu as an example of nutritional control by counting calories.

Breakfast - sandwiches on rye bread (65 g) with curd cheese (35 g) and carp caviar (40 g). I drank green tea with sandwiches.

Went out breakfast for 330 kcal.

I honestly bought yogurt to bake homemade whole grain bread with, but at home there was even more than half a pack of rye bread that only I eat. My family says that this bread has a very rich taste and they do not eat it, but I like it.

Therefore, I finish rye bread, and then bake homemade. This I mean that I am not lazy so far, but simply do not throw food around.

In the morning, after breakfast, I went to work. Not much work has accumulated, but still.

It is better to prepare everything in advance and unhurriedly than not to know what to grab onto in the first place.

For a snack, I wanted to eat a piece of baked pink salmon. The fish organism demanded of me.

I just finished the pink salmon baked in cream with pesto (165 g) - 245 kcal.

Since walks are now prescribed for me, after a snack I went for a walk in our forest. How good it is to take a walk in the fresh air. We have snow on the trees - beauty!

I returned home and had to cook borscht quickly. And after the walk I was hungry. And she also brought an order from our favorite online store - marshmallows. My household likes this marshmallow very much, they always bought it and brought it to Moscow when they went to visit my mother and brother. But in Moscow I have never seen it on sale. Found in the online store. I know that there are readers from Tambov - you produce delicious marshmallows! πŸ˜‰

While I was cooking broth, I drank tea with marshmallows - 105 kcal.

For lunch, a plate of borscht (450 g) with 30 g of sour cream and a slice (30 g) of bread fried in a dry pan, with herring pate (25 g) - 300 kcal.

After lunch I went to work at the computer. I was offered a sick leave, but what good is it to me? No one will do my work for me. Therefore, I work slowly. But I decided not to overload myself, so as not to sit up and move more.

So today I worked until 4 pm and went to cook dinner. I wanted to please everyone with shawarma for dinner. And I made myself a PP shawarma.

And I also want something meaty for breakfast. I defrost the pork tongues and set them to cook - 2 hours and the tasty sandwiches are ready.

I just fill my tongues with water, put them on medium heat, add a spoonful of table salt, more lavrushka, allspice and forget about them for 2 hours. After 2 hours, drain the water. My tongues are already cleaned initially, I bought them. And if the tongues are in the skin - they must be poured with cold water - this way the skin is better peeled off.

Spiced up shawarma for dinner. I used pita bread, sour cream with garlic, chicken breast baked with spices, tomato, lettuce, pickled cucumber, Korean carrots.

My shawarma turned out to be 445 kcal.

The result of the day is 1425 kcal. B - 93, F - 55, U - 138.

I observe the drinking regime until I do physical education, only walks.

Let me remind you that 80% of success in losing weight is a change in diet!
