Today I want to offer you a recipe for a salad with beets to diversify the traditional vinaigrette.
You will find a video recipe, a list of ingredients and KBZhU per 100 g at the end of the article.
For the salad, boil or bake the beets until tender. Salad tastes better with baked beets.
Cut the beets into medium cubes.
We also cut pickled cucumbers.
We collect the salad.
Put beets on a portioned plate, pickled cucumbers and green peas on top.
Sprinkle with olive oil.
Cover with arugula and sprinkle with nuts.
Salt and pepper to taste and desire.

Ingredients for a serving of salad, which I had a full dinner:
- boiled beets - 150 g,
- pickled cucumber - 70 g,
- green peas (without sugar) - 50 g,
- pine nuts (or other nuts) - 20 g,
- olive oil - 5 g,
- rucola - 20 g.
