A very simple recipe for a delicious appetizer that can be served on a festive table. Unusual! My husband really likes this dish. The mother-in-law prepares such "meat fingers" for almost all holidays. Now I do this too)) But I usually don't wait for the holidays - when I want to please my boys, I cook this appetizer for dinner. Simple and delicious!
HOW TO COOK:
You can cook from any meat. Today I took a pork tenderloin. Cut into pieces.
Then I cover each piece with a film and beat it with a meat hammer.
Salt the chops and sprinkle with spices. You can take any spices, of course. Today I took a ready-made seasoning for meat dishes. If the meat is not greasy, you can still grease it with oil.
I cut the pickled cucumbers into pieces (I cut the cucumber into 4 pieces) and put them on the meat.
I wrap it up to get these rolls:
I put the rolls in a greased form. On top of each roll I grease generously with olive oil. And I put it in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
