This is the recipe! Juicy "mango" from pumpkin for the winter - cook and delight your family. When I did it for the first time, no one realized that it was a pumpkin! So I recommend the recipe from the bottom of my heart!

Ingredients:

pumpkin
sugar
Orange
lemon
lemon acid

Preparation:

Peel the pumpkin (about 3 kg will be needed), remove the core with seeds and cut into small cubes or cubes about 1.5-2 cm in size.

Now we need 3 oranges. We cut one into cubes together with the peel, remove the peel from the other two and cut it in the same way, add to the pumpkin.

Cut one lemon together with the zest, add to the pumpkin and oranges.

Now put 10g of citric acid and 600g of sugar. Stir and leave for 3-4 hours, covering the container with a lid. We leave it right on the table, no need to put it in the refrigerator. During this time, the pumpkin needs to be mixed 2-3 times.

After 3 hours, juice will appear. We lay out the pumpkin in the jars, fill it with the released juice. Lemon and orange can be removed or left. I make part of the cans with lemon and orange, and part of the cans - just pumpkin with me.

Cover the jars with lids and sterilize for 30 minutes, then roll them up. Turn it upside down, wrap it with a blanket and leave it until it cools completely.

The pumpkin turns out to be very juicy, it really tastes like a mango. The citrus flavor is also present, it turns out very tasty! Children eat with pleasure, and indeed everyone)))

From the specified amount of ingredients, 5 jars with a volume of 800g come out.
