Do you like potatoes? Our family simply adores him. Potato pancakes, fried potatoes and, of course, mashed potatoes - we cook all this quite often. When making mashed potatoes, I always add one secret ingredient - garlic, send a couple of cloves to the pan along with potatoes and cook. Garlic is absolutely not guessed in the finished puree, but it makes its taste more interesting.
