✅ Today I want to share with you a NOT banal chicken heart recipe. In general, very few people cook like that, but in vain. I am sure you will like this meat dish very much. Such hearts are eaten by everyone (tested many - many times) and kids too! Think they are eating mini chops.

We clean the chicken hearts of films, cut off the tubes and cut them along the length. I recommend not cutting off the fat, it will be tastier with it.
I lay out the "heart" files at once in rows in 2-4 with a small distance from each other.
I cover with cling film and beat with a hammer on one side. It's very fast. It is not necessary to beat off for a long time.
In the end, this is how it should be learned.
Transfer the fillet to a deep bowl. Salt to taste and add my favorite spices (I have dried garlic, a little nutmeg, dried ginger). I mix everything.
I break 2 chicken eggs into a separate bowl, add a little plain water. I stir it. You can add a little salt.
I add eggs to hearts and mix.
I take one fillet with two forks, dip it in flour, then again with a bowl (dip it in an egg) and again in flour.
I send it to a preheated pan with vegetable oil.
