Recipe:

pumpkin -500g

salt -1 / 2 tsp

black pepper - to taste

egg -2 pcs

garlic -2-4 teeth

flour -4-5 tbsp. (100g)

COOKING METHOD

We take the pumpkin, remove the seeds, peel off the skin, the weight of the peeled pumpkin for 1 serving, I take 500 grams.

Grate the pumpkin on a fine grater. If the pumpkin is too juicy and secretes a lot of juice, you need to squeeze it lightly. I didn't wring it today. Put in a bowl, add half tsp. salt, black pepper, 2-3 cloves of garlic,
Mix, add flour 4 tbsp. without a slide, by weight 100 grams.
The dough is ready.

We take a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil, put the dough with a spoon, I put about half a tablespoon of dough. Fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
