Preparing such a pie with champignons is very simple and from the available products. Unsweetened yogurt can be replaced with fermented baked milk, kefir or yogurt. You can change the amount of filling to your liking. You can also add grated cheese or toasted bacon to the filling. It will also turn out delicious. By the way, you can bake a pie from this dough with any other filling - stewed cabbage, eggs and herbs, fish. This is always a very successful baked goods for every day.

Ingredients:

Filling:

  • mushrooms (champignons) - 300 g
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper - to taste
  • vegetable oil - for frying

Dough:

  • unsweetened yogurt (sour cream, kefir) - 300 ml
  • flour - 200 g
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
  • vinegar - 1 tsp l.
  • soda - 1/2 tsp l.
  • salt - 1/2 tsp l.
  • sesame seeds - 1 tsp l. (for sprinkling)

Step by step recipe

1. First, let's prepare the mushroom filling.
300 g of my mushrooms, cut in half and cut into slices. If the mushrooms are small, then you do not need to cut them in half.
Cut one medium-sized onion into quarters.

2. Put the prepared mushrooms in a dry preheated pan. We fry them over high heat, until all the liquid has evaporated.
When the liquid has evaporated, pour in a little vegetable oil. Put the chopped onion here.

3. Fry everything until golden onion over medium heat. Stir periodically so that it does not burn.
At the end of cooking, salt everything to taste, pepper and stir.
The filling is ready, now let's prepare the dough.

4. Break 3 eggs into a bowl and add 0.5 tsp. salt. Mix everything a little with a mixer.

5. Pour 300 ml of unsweetened drinking yogurt into the beaten eggs. Mix again with a mixer. Yogurt can be replaced with sour cream or kefir.

6. Add 2 tbsp to the dough. l. vegetable oil. We mix.

7. 1/2 tsp l. extinguish soda 1 tsp. l. vinegar and immediately pour into the dough. Mix the dough with a mixer.

8. At the end, add about 200 g of flour and mix. The dough should be flowing, but not runny.

9. Grease the baking dish with butter and sprinkle with flour. Pour excess flour.
Pour about half of the dough into the prepared form and distribute it along the bottom.

10. Spread the prepared mushroom filling evenly on the dough.
Pour the filling evenly with the remaining dough. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the pie.

11. We put everything in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. We bake for about 35 minutes.

Let the finished cake cool slightly and serve it still warm.
The mushroom pie turned out to be very tasty and satisfying. It is prepared simply and goes well with the first course. You can also take such a cake with you to work or on the road as a snack.
