It is very easy to prepare such a dough. In my recipe, I use instant yeast, which is added directly to the flour when kneading. If you use alcoholic compressed yeast, then add it to the milk and give it a little time to start working.

Ingredients:
- milk - 400 ml
- flour - 600 g
- dry yeast - 14 g (compressed yeast - 28 g)

Step by step recipe
1. Add 4 tsp to 400 ml of warm milk. sugar and 1 tsp. salt. We alter everything until sugar and salt dissolve.
2. If you use ordinary dry yeast or pressed yeast, then they also need to be added to the milk, mix and leave for 15 minutes.
If you use instant dry yeast, like me, then you need to add it to the flour. Mix 14 g of dry yeast with 600 g of flour and pour into a large bowl, in which we will knead the dough.
3. Pour milk with dissolved sugar and salt into flour. Here we add 4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.
4. Knead the dough well first with a spoon, and then with your hands for about 5-7 minutes. The dough should be smooth, smooth and not sticky to your hands.
Collect the kneaded dough into a lump, cover with foil and set to come to a warm place. The dough should double in volume.

6. Put the rolled dough in a round baking dish or directly on a baking sheet. There is no need to grease the bottom of the form or baking sheet. If necessary, stretch the dough in shape with your hands. The thickness of the dough should be 1-2 mm.
7. Let's make a margarita pizza. Grease the dough with prepared sauce or ketchup. Put basil leaves on the sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese. Put sliced ββtomato slices on top of the cheese.
You can take any filling for pizza, as long as it is not raw.
8. We put the pizza on a level slightly below average in an oven preheated to the maximum temperature, mine is 250 degrees. We bake until tender, while the edges of the pizza dough should brown a little. In my oven, the pizza takes 10 minutes to cook.
9. We put the finished pizza on the board and while it is still hot, cut it into portions.
