I love this dressing very much. I can even say with confidence that this is my favorite salad dressing. I haven’t looked at the recipe anywhere. I "found" it myself, combining different ingredients. Now the combination is just perfect! Yes, you can change some ingredients (I'll tell you which ones). Each salad with such a dressing turns out to be some kind of special!
The son says it tastes a bit like Caesar sauce. But here are completely different ingredients.
I also cook "complex" salads with this dressing (like, for example, our favorite "Greek" with baked eggplants in bread plate), and simple (like, for example, my son's favorite salad, which he calls "Caesar with squid"). Or you can just take lettuce leaves with a tomato and pour over this dressing - the taste will be amazing! And nothing more!
HOW TO COOK:
I combine 1-2 tsp in a blender bowl. sesame seeds (pre-fry in a dry frying pan) and a tablespoon of pine nuts. Nuts, by the way, can be changed. This will change the taste of the sauce a little. It is also very tasty with cashews or walnuts.
To this I add 6% vinegar (any) - 1 tsp, olive oil and pure boiled water.
Now a little of any pickled cheese. I took Brynza, so I don't add salt. You can take Feta, for example, then you need to add salt to the sauce. And for the piquancy - a little mustard.
I beat everything in a blender and you can fill the salad!
RECIPE:
• Sesame seeds - 1-2 tsp.
• Pine nuts - 1 tbsp.
• Vinegar 6% - 1 tsp.
• Olive oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Clean water - 2 tbsp.
• Pickled cheese (I have feta cheese) - 25 g
• Mustard - 1/3 tsp.
• Salt
