We make healthy "cream" from pumpkin seeds and walnuts.

Pumpkin seed has an antiparasitic effect, and it also contains zinc (if there is enough zinc in the body, then the digestive tract works well and the blood is supplied with oxygen).

And the walnut is generally "the head of everything." It is good for the brain (useful oils and fiber will add intelligence and longevity to us).

Ingredients:

1. Pumpkin seeds - half a cup (peeled)

2. Walnuts - 5 pcs

3. Water - 1 glass

4. Ground nutmeg - pinch

5. Date - 1 piece (without it)

Preparation

In the evening, they soaked pumpkin seeds in water at room temperature (left on the table). Nuts can also be soaked without peeling.

In the morning they rinsed the pumpkin seed, put it in a blender bowl. Chopped the nuts, added the core. Then they added the pulp of a date, poured in nutmeg and poured warm water.

Whipped everything together well (about a minute) and got delicious heavy cream.
