Preparation:
We need one medium beetroot. Cook it until tender or bake it in the oven in foil. As soon as the beets cool down, rub on a coarse grater.
Add 2-3 cloves of garlic (I squeeze through a press, you can grate or chop with a knife).
Usually, at this stage, the preparation of the salad ends - you still need to salt to taste and season with mayonnaise.
But I suggest adding one more ingredient - processed cheese (like "Friendship", one will be enough). We grate it and add it to the beets.
A little tip: to make the cheese rub better, put it in the freezer for a while.
There seems to be only one ingredient, but the taste is already different, the salad becomes more tender. Very tasty! And if it is beautifully laid out on a plate / in a salad bowl and decorated with sprigs of greens, then such a salad is not a shame to serve the guests on the festive table.
