If we want to make a quick breakfast (or dinner), then the ideal is to make talkan. Quickly brewed "live" flour (a half-forgotten dish).

The advantage of oatmeal is that it is done quickly, and is healthy, and tasty, and does not burden our digestive tract... The Slavic menu has always included oatmeal.

In general (if kindly), the "talkan" breakfast is made from sprouted and roasted grains, ground on a coffee grinder. But today we will make "our talkash" even faster.

Ingredients:

1. Flax - 3 tablespoons

2. Oatmeal is almost a glass

3. Water - 1 glass

4. Honey - 1 tsp

Preparation

Pour the flax seed and oatmeal into the grinder. Grind everything together into a powdery mass (about a minute). Poured into a cup, filled with hot water, stirring quickly. Left on the table for 3 minutes to soak.

Before use, we added honey and whatever we want. (you can add bird cherry and other flour, berries, grate an apple, a banana, add coffee for flavor ...)
