The recipe for an original holiday snack - bacon rolls and baked peppers with filling. They will definitely not go unnoticed on the New Year's table.
Before you start preparing the snack, you need to prepare the peppers. They must be baked in the oven, but first, pre-cut into small segments as shown in the photo below.
Then place them in a baking dish, lightly sprinkle with vegetable oil and send them to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
After the peppers begin to brown around the edges, remove them from the oven and cover with foil so that they "sweat" and you can easily remove the thin skin. Can be placed in a bag and tied tightly. In the meantime, you can prepare the filling.
Chop green onions and mix with cream cheese, add a little ground paprika, salt and pepper.
Mix the filling well and refrigerate until the peppers are completely cooked.
Peppers need to be peeled well and cooled completely.
Next, on each piece of pepper you need to put a little filling, about one teaspoon each and wrap it in a tight roll.
Then wrap each roll with a strip of bacon.
Now again we send all the rolls into the oven already preheated to 200 degrees under the grill for 10-15 minutes.
Cool the rolls completely before serving.
