I'll tell you what cutlets I serve on the festive table. New Year is coming soon, so take my recipe into account - I guarantee that the guests will make an estimate, and they will beg you for the recipe, because the cutlets are very tasty. And cooking them is simple and quick - it will be just perfect as a hot dish with potatoes.
Ingredients:
minced meat
cheese
bread
milk or water
onion
garlic
salt
spices
breadcrumbs
vegetable oil
* greens in the filling at will
We take 1 kg of minced meat. You can take any minced meat - pork, turkey, chicken, beef, mixed - these cutlets are delicious with any minced meat.
Add 1 large onion to the minced meat - pass through a meat grinder or finely-finely chop. Salt and black pepper to taste.
Put 3 slices of white bread soaked in water or milk (cut off the crusts). Add 1-2 chopped garlic cloves.
Mix thoroughly, "beat off" with your hands - we have minced cutlet meat ready. Now let's prepare the filling. Cut 150-200 grams of cheese into small cubes or cut into small cubes. If desired, add chopped dill or other herbs to the cheese.
Now we form the cutlets: we cover the work surface with cling film (it will be convenient to form cutlets on it), put about 2 tablespoons of minced meat, form a cake, put cheese on top. And now we shape the cutlet so that the cheese filling is inside.
Roll the cutlets in breadcrumbs and fry in hot vegetable oil on both sides. We fry for 3-4 minutes on each side so that the minced meat "grabs".
We transfer the cutlets to a baking dish, pour a little water on the bottom, about 80-100 ml. Cover the top with foil and bake in the oven at a temperature of 180-200 degrees.
After 10 minutes, the cutlets are ready. They turn out juicy, with a delicate cheese filling - it is impossible to tear yourself away from such cutlets.
