Potatoes are a vegetable that we add to almost all dishes. The simplest dish that we can prepare from it is simply boil it and serve it as a side dish.

And then the second line ... The leftovers from just boiled potatoes can be used to prepare other dishes - and there are a huge number of them, there is for every taste !!!

And today, I cook from the leftovers of boiled potatoes incredibly tasty and very juicy cutlets (or zrazy) stuffed with boiled eggs and cheese.

Try this option - I'm sure you will like the cutlets.

Cooking ingredients:

Boiled potatoes - 600 g
Chicken eggs - 3 pcs. + 1 yolk
Hard cheese - 100 g
Butter - 80 g
Salt to taste
Greens - a small bunch
Flour - 3 tbsp. l. with a slide + for forming cutlets
Vegetable oil for frying cutlets

Let's start cooking ...

I already wrote that I cook these cutlets (zrazy) from the remaining boiled potatoes from my dinner (

but this is not always). Of course, you can just boil the potatoes directly before cooking. We also set to cook 3 chicken eggs. And put one chicken yolk in the potatoes, a little salt (if they were not salted during cooking) and grind in mashed potatoes.

Pour flour - 3 heaped spoons, mix. The potato dough will turn out to be slightly sticky, but don't let that bother you - when the cutlets are forming, add a little flour and everything will be fine.

The potato "dough" is ready, set it aside for now and start preparing the filling. Finely chop the boiled chicken eggs or just grate, add grated cheese, chopped fresh herbs, butter, add a little salt, you can add a little black pepper.

And mix everything well. The filling is ready!

We start making cutlets (zrazy). Sprinkle the working surface of the table with flour, then take the potato "dough", divide it into equal parts (8-10), round it off, put it on the table, flatten it. And put some filling in the center of each cake.

We collect the edges, roll them in flour and give a spherical shape.

Then put it on the table and gently flatten it with your hand.

Pour some vegetable oil into the pan, heat it up. Then put the prepared cutlets and fry over medium heat until golden brown, for 3-5 minutes. Serve ready cutlets while still hot ... It is very tasty - thin, crispy crust and the most delicate filling. Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
