It so happened that after breakfast, we realized that we planned quite sunny Sunday. This is not to be missed in the light of the summer 2019.
By the way, for breakfast, I had scrambled eggs from two eggs, buckwheat bread with curd cheese (10 g) and carp caviar (15 g). Also sochnik (40 g).

So, this sunny Sunday, we could not miss. So we decided spontaneously to spend time at the picnic little wood near the house.
Having collected all that was suitable home of the products for themselves or for a family - we went to the fresh air, bask in the sun.
But I still decided to tell you about how to spent Sunday's why.
Many people write to me, they avoid meetings with friends, going to picnics or visit. Because afraid to break and eat surpluses. Or do not want to stand out and be found on the table something suitable can not.
I am against this attitude. You have to love yourself, to be active, not to cut yourself in meetings with friends or family and then our process of losing weight will not be a burden to us.
And find what we can eat - you can at any table. Even if not on the table of dishes that can be attributed to good nutrition - you can at least keep a calorie deficit, try what you liked and not abuse the amount of food.

And so, not going on any picnic specifically - for half an hour I was ready salad at all, marinated chicken breast with lemon and spices, marinated mushrooms, reclaimed potatoes for roasting on coals. I grabbed suluguni cheese and sausages and bacon (my love it fry on charcoal). Set to suit all tastes and eating habits. Oh, I forgot about the delicious tea in a thermos).
For the entire day at the picnic I ate salad, skewer of chicken breast, some baked potatoes, cheese suluguni skewer with mushrooms. And do not abandon even one sausage - they were so delicious, and the smell was like from my childhood... the very dogs.
It's over, I do not think any of calories that day. But in my opinion not Naela above the norm, certainly, and I think that even the retained deficit.
All this I write to you to see that you can lose weight without depriving yourself of everything. Let's enjoy life and not isolate themselves from the society!
