✅👌This recipe will come in very handy when you need to cook a quick breakfast or figure out an express dessert.

Today I will tell you how I make "high-speed" pies for which I do not knead the dough at all! All you need is toast bread.

✨After frying, the tubes are crispy, but soften as they cool down due to the juicy filling. But I would not say that this is a drawback. Bread rolls remain very tasty even when chilled, but they become more tender.

✨For complete happiness, you can sprinkle them with powdered sugar or pour over melted chocolate before serving.

📕 For cooking you will need: 🥙

Toast bread - 8-12 slices (depending on size)
Canned fruits - 200 g
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Milk - 50 ml
Odorless vegetable oil - for frying
Powdered sugar - for serving (optional)

Extract the fruits from the syrup and cut them into small cubes. I have canned mango today, but peaches, apricots, pineapples will do too. You can also take fresh (not tough) fruits, chop them finely and sprinkle them with sugar. Such a filling will turn out to be no worse. It will also be delicious with jam, condensed milk, custard, chocolate-nut spread like nutella.

Cut off the crusts from the bread. And roll the crumb thinly with a rolling pin, trying not to damage its integrity. You should get elastic blanks that will easily roll up into a tube.

Now break the eggs into any deep bowl, pour in the milk.

Shake everything with a fork until smooth.

Then we take one piece of bread one by one. Coat 2 opposite edges with an egg-milk mixture using a culinary brush. And put a couple of teaspoons of the filling in the center.

Gently fold the blank into a tube so that the filling is inside. We repeat all these actions with all the blanks.

Pour a little vegetable oil into the pan, heat it up and put the prepared tubes with the filling.

Fry on all sides until golden brown.

After frying, spread on paper towels to absorb the oil.

It remains only to put everything on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired. It turns out a very tasty, delicate dessert or hearty breakfast.
