Liver tubes with the most delicious filling, thanks to which the liver in such rolls is not felt at all. To be honest, I myself am not a special lover of liver, but I love such pancakes very much.

Recipe:
For liver pancakes:
chicken liver -500g
egg -1 pc
flour -160gr
milk -250ml
salt -1 tsp
black pepper - to taste
vegetable oil -4 tbsp.
For filling:
eggs -5-6pcs
green onions - 1 bunch
salt to taste
mayonnaise -3-4 tbsp. (or to taste
COOKING METHOD
And so we proceed. To begin with, we put the eggs to boil, put my eggs in a ladle, fill them with water, be sure to salt the eggs, so even if they burst, they will not leak out. Cook for 10 minutes from the moment of boiling, fill with cold water and let cool.
We sort out the chicken liver, cut out the fat and all excess, the weight of the prepared liver is 500 grams, by the way, you can take beef or pork liver.
Punch the liver with a blender until smooth.
Add 1 tsp. incomplete salt, black pepper, break 1 egg, pour in 250 ml of milk, mix and add sifted flour 160 grams, mix, you should get the dough in density a little thicker as usual pancakes. Pour in vegetable oil 4 tablespoons, mix the dough, ready.
We take a pancake pan, I have a diameter of 24 cm
Heat the pan, pour the dough evenly and fry like ordinary pancakes. Pancakes are not torn, baked perfectly.
Prepare the filling, peel the boiled eggs and cut into cubes.
Chop the green onion.
Put eggs in a bowl, add onions, season with homemade Provencal mayonnaise 3-4 tbsp. or to taste how I make homemade mayonnaise, see under the video link.
Stir, taste for salt if necessary, add.
The filling is ready, take the pancake, put the filling and distribute over the pancake, wrap the tube.
We do this with all the pancakes.
We put the tubes in the refrigerator so that they cool and soak, now we take them out, cut them and serve them as an appetizer or just an addition to the main dish.
Delicious and fast cooking.
