✅👌 Charlotte is considered the most popular apple pie! For many, this taste and aroma is familiar from childhood.
Today I want to suggest that you cook a slightly different version of such a cake.
✨ It is prepared no more difficult than charlotte and turns out to be no less tasty. A large number of juicy apples surrounded by tender, soft, airy dough.

📕To make a cake you will need (form - 26 cm): 🥙
Apples (medium size) - 3 pcs.
Chicken eggs (selected category) - 3 pcs.
Granulated sugar - 150-180 g
Butter - 60 g (30 + 30)
Kefir - 1 glass (200 ml)
Wheat flour - 250-300 g (see by consistency)
Baking powder - 1.5 tsp l.

Break eggs into a deep bowl, add sugar. Beat everything with a whisk until fluffy. If you want to save time, use a mixer.
Melt the butter in the microwave or on the stove. Cool to a warm state.
Add about half of the total amount of liquid butter to the beaten eggs. Mix with a whisk.
Next, pour in kefir at room temperature. Mix again.
Sift the flour and, together with the baking powder, add to the common bowl to the liquid ingredients. It is better to add in portions and mix right away, it’s easier to get rid of the lumps.
Please note that the entire amount of flour may not be needed. The dough should not be clogged - smooth, silky and buttery.
Pour the finished dough into a baking dish. If the dishes are glass, ceramic or metal, be sure to pre-grease with oil and sprinkle with flour. You do not need to grease the silicone mold - the cake will come out of it easily.
Now we take apples, cut them in half, carefully clean out the core. Then put the half cut down and cut into thin slices.
Next, "stretch" the sliced apple half so that the pieces overlap.
Put the apples on top of the dough.
Sprinkle with sugar to taste. Lovers of spicy flavors can add a couple of pinches of cinnamon.
Pour the cake on top with the remaining butter and put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
When the cake is browned on top, check the readiness of the middle with a wooden stick. If there is no raw dough, you can take it out.
Remove the finished cake from the mold and serve with tea. These pastries are very tasty both cold and hot.
