Crab stick snack cake. I spend no more than 10 minutes on cooking. When there is little time before the holidays, this recipe always helps. We call this cake "Snegurochka", because most often I cook it for the New Year holidays. It turns out very beautiful, festive and tasty! Can be cut into small pieces and made canapes for a buffet table. But I serve it exactly like a cake. This way the guests like it more!
HOW TO COOK:
Separate the yolks from the whites. I rub the proteins on a fine grater on a separate plate (they will be needed later). And I combine the yolks with grated cheese.
I also add 2-3 cloves of garlic here (through a press) and season with mayonnaise. This is the filling.
I unfold the crab sticks. Like this:
First, I spread the crab stick on the dish (of course, unfolded). And distribute some toppings.
Then again the crab stick and again the filling. So I alternate. The top layer is the filling.
You can lay out the crab sticks, alternating. One layer with the red side to one side, the other layer with the red side to the other. The cake will then turn out to be the same in section on all sides. But you can do it the way I do - I put everything in one direction.
This is my little trick. I cut the cake in half before serving. And I get 2 snacks at once. the taste is the same, but outwardly slightly different))
I decorate the top and sides of the cake with grated proteins. If the protein does not hold, you can grease it with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
And that's it! The cake is ready! Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate before guests arrive.
